General Technology Group Dalian Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (Genertec Dalian Machine Tool) was established in April 2019 by China General Technology Group. Its predecessor was Dalian Machine Tool Group, founded in 1935.

The company focuses on CNC machine tools, machine-tool components, flexible manufacturing systems and automation systems.

For more than 80 years, the organization has delivered more than 500,000 machine tools for industries including automotive, rail transit, engineering machinery, petroleum machinery, mining and metallurgy, communications equipment and vocational education.
